All the oracle consultants

All the oracle consultants working in IBM, Accenture or Infy are ex TCSers. A decade back TCS was the market leader in oracle service but now they are loosing the market drastically. They are loosing all the big & good clients to Infy, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and etc. TCS is doing good in other technologies but not in Oracle(in fact not in any enterprise solution). Infosys is doing just in the opposite way , they are just performing well in ES (revenue $1bn +) but not in any other area.

Does this means Accenture &

Does this means Accenture & IBM are the best companies for oracle EBS ???
I guess not, at least from the employee prospective
No onsite , no salary hike for laterals for 2 years
Better join Infy, tcs
